Trinity Marine B.V., trading under the name RovanSports.nl or RovanSport Netherlands, attaches great importance to the protection of its customers' personal data. Collection of Personal Data

During the registration process on our webshop, managed by Lightspeed, we ask you to provide the following personal data:

  • City
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This data is necessary for the execution and communication regarding your orders, and to keep you informed about the status of your placed or future orders.

Use of Personal Data

Your personal data is treated confidentially and stored within our webshop environment. They are used for the following purposes:

  • Producing shipping labels via Sendcloud. Sendcloud will use this data only once to create the shipping label and will not do anything further with your data.
  • Sending newsletters or promotions, via ActiveCampaign, if you opt for it. You can unsubscribe from this communication at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe button in the received communication.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

To improve our marketing efforts, your data may be shared with Google during advertising. This is done in accordance with our Consent Mode v2, where your consent is requested for sharing data with external parties for advertising purposes.

Consent for the Use of Cookies

To ensure our website functions properly, we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to visit our website, and to document this properly, we use a cookie consent management platform: CookieFirst.
