The base of a standard pull starter is 100mm x 100mm and 32.5mm high.

The base of the starter part of this electric starter has the same dimensions,
so it fits on the flywheel. However, with the extended section of the engine, 
it is 150mm long, and therefore 100mm wide. 
The height at the starter is 40mm, and the section at the engine is 55mm high.
