Shipment and returns
For shipping your order, we use Post.NL. Once your order has been placed, we will prepare it for shipment within a few days, and if your package has been sent, we will inform you and send a tracking code.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After canceling, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the amount owed for the order within 14 days after the notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order.
